Amanda has specialised in health, safety and environmental law for close on 35 years, with particular expertise in helping public and private sector organisations to manage their contractual risk exposure through their project work, property acquisitions and management and procurement of services. A large amount of her time is also spent advising organisations on statutory compliance, most recently focussed on building and fire safety, as well as crisis management following adverse incidents with significant organisational implications such as criminal prosecution risk, regulatory downgrade and reputational damage.
