Pauline leads the delivery of One Housing's (part of Riverside Group) £170m Cladding Remediation Programme, working alongside colleagues within the organisation to manage building safety risk in a holistic manner. Her team is responsible for the pre-mobilisation, mobilisation and delivery stages of building safety cladding remediation works, as well as resident engagement, grants and third party cost recovery actions. At the Greater London Authority (GLA), Pauline previously led several initiatives to improve building safety and housing in London in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower fire. As part of this, she led a team at the GLA focused on delivering the mandate of the high-profile Building Safety Fund set up by the UK Government to improve the safety of residential tower blocks across England. Pauline's background is in urban planning as she completed a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the London School of Economics
